What happens to your data.
Short and without legalese: what this site collects about you, why, whose hands it passes through and how to opt out.
Who processes the data
Zdeněk Kalvach, company ID (IČO) 87716321, e-mail zdenekkalvach@gmail.com. Use this contact for any request concerning your data as well.
Contact form
When you write to me through the form, I receive your name, e-mail, optionally your phone number and the text of your message. I use them only to reply to you and agree on what happens next; the legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, or the preparation of an agreement. I keep the message for as long as our exchange is current, at most two years after my last reply, and then I delete it.
The delivery is handled by the FormSubmit service (USA), so your message passes through their server before it reaches my mailbox. If that does not suit you, please write to me directly or call — it is an equally good route.
Visitor statistics
The site runs Google Analytics, but it only starts measuring after you click “Accept” in the banner. Until then no cookies are stored. The IP address is truncated, I only look at anonymous totals, I do not profile anyone and I show no advertising. You can change your decision at any time — click here and the banner will appear again.
The game Bezpečnostní situace
The game at /hra/ sends nothing to the server. Your progress stays in your browser's storage only and disappears when you clear the site data. Visits are counted by GoatCounter, which uses no cookies and stores no IP address.
Hosting and fonts
The website and e-mail are hosted by WEDOS Internet, a. s. Its servers keep ordinary operational records (IP address, time, page address) that serve the security and running of the site and are deleted after a short period. The pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, in the course of which Google receives your IP address.
Transfers outside the EU
Google and FormSubmit are US services, so data may be transferred to the United States. Both state that they provide safeguards for such transfers under EU rules.
Your rights
You may ask me what data about you I hold, have it corrected or erased, have its processing restricted, object to the processing, or have the data transferred elsewhere. Just write to zdenekkalvach@gmail.com; I will respond within a month at the latest. If you are not satisfied with how I handle it, you can turn to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Pplk. Sochora 27, Prague 7, uoou.cz).
Psychotherapy
This page concerns the website only. What you tell me in psychotherapy is covered by confidentiality and by separate rules, which I explain at our first meeting.
